Sales & Marketing Officer Europe

Main purpose             
Maintaining constant contact with the market and the Trade Partners
Maintaining and updating sales records in the CRM and sales system as required
Supporting in achieving sales objectives of the markets
Supporting in constant and consistent communication to Trade Partners
Organizing events and reinforcing the visibility of the Brand on European Markets

DUTIES & ACTIVITIES
Sales Support
Manage and monitor the Travel Agencies and Tour Operator Partners relationship
Constant customer contact directed towards existing trade partners and prospect accounts
Ensure all necessary follow-up is carried out on time
Contracting
Ensure Hotels visibility: website audits, marketing and brochure proof…
Check, customize and release Special Offers / General communication to all European Partners
Maintain all account information updated in the sales system and databases
Follow up and coordinate Staff Industry requests for Trade Partners personal stays with the Central Reservation
Carries out other tasks as directed by Head of Sales & Marketing Europe
Occasional presence on sales events (fairs, meetings, trainings…)

Marketing Coordination
Organize Events (in virtual or in Real Life: European fairs, events, sales calls, webinars, famtrips…): Create briefs and reports for events, Budget Tracker, Corporate Travel organization
Create Sales Collaterals – in collaboration with creative department in Head Office
Coordinate actions with PR and communication Agencies
Follow up digital communication to BtoB audience in collaboration with Head office
Translate Sales & Marketing content (French, English) and proofread content
Update Sales Support application (Scaura) and the CRM (Sales Force)

Administrative Duties
Ensure the smooth running of the office in the follow-up of administrative and daily tasks
Logistics (shipments for Partners or events, giveaways orders, organize distribution of merchandises in Europe)
Telephone at the office : Management of calls from Travel Agencies and Tour Operator Partners, information role & intervention on special bookings
Assist the Office Manager and the Head of Sales & Marketing Europe
